Advisornoria S.A. de C.V. ("Advisornoria"), with offices at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, 17th floor, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600, Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of personal data you provide through this website, under the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.

1. Personal data collected

We collect full name, email address and, where applicable, phone number when you complete the catalogue subscription form or request a consultation. We do not process sensitive personal data.

2. Purposes of processing

Your data will be used to: (i) send you the monthly catalogue of reviewed projects; (ii) answer enquiries related to our educational content; (iii) measure the performance of our communications; and (iv) comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Transfers

Your data may be transferred to email delivery and analytics service providers based in Mexico, the United States and the European Union, subject to contractual obligations of confidentiality and protection equivalent to those provided by the LFPDPPP.

4. ARCO rights

You may at any time exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition, as well as revoke your consent, by writing to contacto@advisornoria.com attaching a copy of your official ID.

5. Retention

We keep your data for the time necessary to fulfil the stated purposes and, thereafter, for the minimum legal period required to respond to requests from competent authorities.
