This document governs the use of advisornoria.com, owned by Advisornoria S.A. de C.V., headquartered in Mexico City. Use of the website implies full acceptance of these Terms.
1. Informational nature
Advisornoria is an informational and educational portal on real estate crowdlending in Mexico. Published information is analytical in nature and does not constitute a public offering, personalised investment recommendation, tax or legal advice.
2. No public offering
Nothing published on this site may be construed as an invitation, offer or solicitation to buy, sell or subscribe to financial instruments. Any transaction must be carried out through institutions authorised by the CNBV and under applicable regulation.
3. Intellectual property
Texts, charts, trademarks and designs are owned by Advisornoria S.A. de C.V. or used under licence. Total or partial reproduction without written authorisation is prohibited.
4. Liability
Advisornoria makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors nor uninterrupted availability of the site. The user is responsible for decisions made based on the content.
5. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mexico City, waiving any other venue.
